ok this is REALLY bothering me

so when a homestuck character is dead they get blank eyes, right

its easy to depict for the trolls and the human kids with glasses

but ive always wondered about if there was a dead roxy or a dead rose. what would their sprites look like?? how would the dead eyes be depicted?

would it be like

or would she just not have eyes
