In Japan, there are 3 ways to say “I love you”:

You say “Daisuki (大好き)”  for the friends and person you like,

you say “Aishiteru (愛してる)”  for a more serious relationship,

and you say “Koishiteru ( 恋してる)” to the person you want to spend the rest of your life with.

And they follow this rule. They preserve the meaning of ‘I love you’ and never lose its essence unlike us.

If I never see this weeaboo bullshit again, it will be too fucking soon.

1) No, that’s not actually how you use the fucking words. “Koi” is kissy kissy love love. I’ve seen it explained by native speakers as both more juvenile and as more selfish — you don’t confess to someone with “koishiteru” because the object of the action is you, not the other person. “Ai” can carry a tone of general love, or mutual love. The term for ur BFF 5EVER dog is 愛犬 aiken. It’s more flexible. Generally, though, most ~*zomg confessions*~ tend to use suki.

2) “THEY FOLLOW THIS RULE THEY KNO LUV MORE THAN BAKA GAIJINS” — Oh shut the sweet fuck up, there’s no hard and fast rule though being less forward is generally favored, linguistically speaking, in Japanese.

3) If you want to be racist or wrong, pick one, combining the two is just plain insulting.

4) This is on the main page of your blog, are you actually fucking shitting me, OP?
