Man who shot Detroit woman Renisha McBride to stand trial
A Detroit judge ruled on Thursday that Theodore Wafer, the man charged with shooting and killing 19-year-old Renisha McBride, will stand trial for murder.
The ruling came during a hearing in which the prosecution maintained that Wafer made a bad decision by bringing a loaded gun with him when an intoxicated McBride arrived at his front porch.
