Story time: My sleep schedule got fucked up because I worked at a movie theatre, which would mean late nights, getting off work at like 2, 3, or 4 in the morning. It would get cray. There are also foods that naturally increase melatonin production levels, which include pineapples, bananas, rice, oranges, oats, sweet corn, barley, ginger, and tomatoes. In addition to this, get lots of light when you are awake! Artificial light works as well, though not as well.
