the creator, lars ullerstam, was a pedophile propagator! he created the term to normalize pedophilia, specifically between parents and their children; such relationships were “very common among his friends”. 

i’ve also seen some posts discussing how the lgbtqia+ community should “reclaim” the term, but surely i don’t have to go into through the history books explaining why grouping us with pedophiles and rapists would be a bad thing.
