i need some computer help

i want to buy a new laptop because my current one is dying and it was never great anyway

i want something that can do photoshop and games, runs windows, has a decent battery life + weight, etc. something good enough to last me through university (next 4-5 years maybe)

it doesn’t have to be able to run shaders at 100fps or anything, just be able to play games on average settings

can anyone give me advice on what to get, cost, places i can look for information, etc?
