The Super Mario Bros Super Show had a two minute long intro, followed almost immediately by another minute long intro. At the end of each episode, there was about a minute spent just promoting the Legend of Zelda sister show followed by a 2 minute long credit sequence.
With the sitcom bits and bumpers, this 23 minute cartoon actually only had 9 minutes of unique animation an episode.
