why the hell am i putting so much effort into the school part of this artwork

Tags(i mean there are also a few where it takes half an hour but there are more six hour ones), and also like the stuff i've done does actually look really good??, and there are some frames where the shading takes ~6 hours, and yet i am absolutely punishing myself to get this done, and yet i am making myself complete this to this level?, both of which a) i really do need to do and b) are due the same day as this, but holy shit is it a lot of work, but like bc i've already done some of those i can't really stop halfway??, currently i've done 9/20, i am already going to submit a non polished version, i could have time to work on my vapd + study for history, i have to finish all the frames, i love it, i mean, i mean my main problem is that it's a 20 frame animation where a major part is the shading on each frame, it's already at a standard where i'm basically guaranteed full marks, like if i said it was done right now i could get so much more sleep, like pretty much finished but there's some stuff i'm def going to work on afterward, working on the 10th
