im looking at gameplay for the animal crossing spinoff and like 50% is stuff they could make as a selling point for an actual ac game (being able to build more types of buildings! choosing where your villagers go! being able to design your town basically. also there seems to be a much bigger town area as well as different biomes (mountains, desert, island etc) + more furniture) and the other 50% is stuff that is just like general improvements that should be in the main game anyway (adding rugs you can put on top of the carpet that’s already there, REARRANGING FURNITURE IN YOUR HOME, seriously nintendo, it looks so much quicker and easier, why wasn’t that in acnl)

i don’t?? understand why they’re making this game. like if they don’t include a lot of this stuff in the next main ac game, people will be pissed (it’d be a pointless downgrade) but if they put it in then this game will stop having a reason to exist
