I’m sure that many of you are aware of the current refugee crisis. I’ve seen a lot of posts saying how awful the situation is and that they want to help the refuges, but they don’t know how. So here is a list of ways you can help.
Make a donation to a charity:

- Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders
- The UN Refugee Agency
- Mercy Corps
Sign a petition:
- Petition for Britain to accept its fair share of refugees
- A second petition for Britain to accept more refugees
- 80 Syrian war refugees are waiting in Calais for their rightful and legal asylum
- Create a compassionate Euro-wide policy to deal with refugee migrants in Calais
- End the Calais Crisis
- We are willing to house Syrian refugees
Protest:
- March on Downing Street in Solidarity with Refugees on Saturday 12 September. The protest begins at noon at London’s Marble Arch.
Donate, collect, volunteer:

- Music Against Borders
- The Jungle Library
- Childhood Bags
- Folkstone United
- Avaaz
- Donate to buy shoes, building materials, food and medicines for the refugees.
