Yeaaah they did that with most the characters, it’s such a pain! Like, Locus is wearing Infiltrator armour, Engineer shoulders and the Locus helmet. =/

Yeah they’re all mixed and matched, I’m not an artist but it seems painstaking. I feel like you guys deserve an easy armor resource on-hand, I know some people used to post their own screenshots for reference, I’ll see if I can’t dig some of those up? But real quick for anybody that needs it:

• Felix wears the Scout helmet, the Soldier armor, and Venerator shoulders.
• Sharkface wears Stalker armor and Prefect shoulders.
• Carolina wears the Stalker armor and Deadeye shoulders.
• All New Republic soldiers wear the Air Assault helmet.
• All Federal Army soldiers wear the Prefect helmet.
• Doyle wears the Stalker armor and Ricochet shoulders.
• Kimball wears the War Master armor and Commando shoulders.
• Emily Grey wears Prefect armor. I can’t figure out which shoulders she’s sporting… 
• Female space pirates (and Carolina) use the Recon helmet. Male space pirates (and Sharkface) use the Enforcer helmet.
• All of the Reds and Blues wear the standard Mark VI armor (+ helmet and shoulders), with the exception of Caboose who wears the Mark V helmet.

Feel free to add to this or make any corrections.

Quick correction, the Reds and Blues all wear the Stalker armor, not the Mark VI.  Their legs, arms, and helmets (with the exception of Caboose) are all still Mark VI, however.

Emily Grey wears the ODST shoulders.

The Lieutenants wear the ODST armor with the Orbital shoulders.
