So I’m seeing a lot of posts about NASA “changing” the Zodiac, and some more about how this means there will be new trolls in Homestuck.
The fact of the matter is, Ophiuchus has always been there. It was simply removed very early on in the history of the zodiac, suspected to be because of the association with snakes and the number 13, which to some cultures are signs of imperfection or evil, so it was removed to reduce the count to a “nicer” 12, though again because there are no records on this this is just one debated idea as to what happened.
As for Ophiuchus in Homestuck? It’s already there! There are two debated signs for the constellation, and both get used in comic for the signs of Calliope and Caliborn!
