im frustrated by how little i know about programming

Tags(like the pixel coords), (so editing the file basically), (there would of course have to be some code saying how to do this--, 0 64 is tile 1, 2. rendering the map using the chosen tileset, 32 32 is tile 2, and palettes are a list of colours (so more numbers), and selects a map tileset and palette based on that, basically im frustrated because i KNOW this stuff but i dont know how to make the computer do it, etc, im fine with pressing a button that reloads the page, it randomly generates three numbers, it wouldn't even have to be done live (tho that would be cool), like??? i know the logic, makes a final ''image'' by 1., maps are a list of numbers basically, maps tilesets and palettes, overwriting the palette data in the tileset with the chosen palette, probably like defining how big each tile is, then saying ok 0 32 is tile 0, theres basically gonna be three sets of data, tilesets are images (map numbers refer to each tile)
