so the us sec has paperwork for a homestuck, inc.
it was apparently incorporated in 2016 and received an investment of $500k on may 11th of this year but nobody noticed what was going on until a deviantart user found the sec filing about a week ago – people on 4chan have only just jumped on it over the past several hours, but we dont know anything other than whats in the sec form
hussie is listed as ceo, the form also lists somebody named cynthia dominiguez as cfo
its address is near what pumpkin hq in miami, about 10 minutes away

theres a cindy dominiguez who has been working with mspa since the problem sleuth days (ctrl+f “cindy”, theres multiple mentions although none of the linked sites are online any more). she also did the artwork for medium
@nightpool found another form listing a 1 million investment in what pumpkin from the same date. cohen is listed as a director in wp but NOT in the homestuck inc form – which makes me think hiveswap is still solely a wp venture and homestuck inc isnt working on the game at all
