Maureen? (Went with Kravitz willingly last we saw her and therefore probably released on good behavior into the general population)

Gundren Rockseeker? (Did not seem super happy to die, but no one is, doesn’t necessarily mean he tried to ghost escape)

Capt. Captain Bane? (Again, died in not great circumstances, had motive to try to jailbreak it)

Boyland? (Lots of reasons to try to go back to the land of the living, since he had seven hundred kids. Knew he would be forgotten, but on the other hand not the brightest egg)

Johan? (Probably shouldn’t have ended up in ghost jail, but may have anyways if the alternative was diving into the Hunger sludge. He’s a smart boy)
