Rich people are out there eating rotten meat, drinking unfiltered water, and paying ten bucks for a tiny-ass cup of broth, but sure, Trevor, it’s my desire to wear a dress, smoke cigarettes, and get laid that’s the real bourgeois decadence.

Can you please explain the bit about rotten meat and unfiltered water?

I think they meant dry-aged steaks for the meat part but I’m not sure

Nope, it’s trendy nowadays to literally eat rotten meat (“high meat,” they call it) and drink dirty water (“raw water”).

Fuck, it’s worse than I ever imagined.

$60 for 2.5 gallons of shitty water.

how much will they pay for well water?

Thirty to forty bucks a gallon

There’s a creek by my house who wants to help me start a raw water business and bilk a shitton of money out of rich assholes.

@systlin I’m in but I need pain pills for the headache this post caused me first.

Understandable.

I live in California. There are folks within waking distance who would probably trample their friends for this shit.

So what we’re gonna do is that I’m going to fill up empty milk jugs from my faucet, as I have a well. The water’s actually from an aquifer in the limestone  100 feet down and has tested safe for human consumption (we get it tested yearly) but we’re not gonna tell anyone that.

I will then mail you milk jugs filled with water and you will sell them for, let’s say $60 each to people with more money than sense. Specify that it is “Natural Living Pure Unfiltered Raw Mineral Water from a Deep Natural Aquifer” We’ll split the take 50-50 and, as I know that it is actually safe to drink, we’ll not have to worry about lawsuits.

And if anyone wonders why the jugs have a milk jug sticker on them tell them that we care about the environment and prefer to up-cycle cleaned used food grade containers to sell our product.

Hell if we get enough takers, there’s a Whole Foods down the street too. I could be your distributor.

I like this plan. This is a good plan.
