I never used to think esports were real sports but now there’s an article on the Guardian about match fixing scandals in Starcraft, overwatch and counterstrike, and there was that evo smash fiasco yesterday, plus we’ve already had doping controversy (adderall) so if nothing else esports has all the worst parts of regular sports down pat
