I have always headcanoned Ron as a transman. His mum being disappointed he was not the daughter she wanted takes on a more potent meaning with that, as well as a lot of his over the top masculine tendencies. And I refuse to believe wixen haven’t figured out a way for trans people to both transition as well as have kids. Trans Ron FTW!
