actually just thinking back on it this scene is like rly upsetting
just the amount of like. confusion and hurt that steven thought jasper was talking about yellow diamond. because, like. she still thinks he’s rose. she thinks of him as responsible for rose’s actions and as having memory of those actions. so, like. the idea that she was talking to the person responsible for doing something to their leader and that person seeming to have no idea what she was talking about would be the fucking worst. the most confusing and painful. like, how would rose quartz not know what she meant? did she think so little of pink diamond that it wasn’t even worth remembering? has this thing that jasper’s been upset about for 5000+ years actually meant nothing to rose this whole time? it was clearly something incredibly important to jasper, and yet rose is acting as if she’s completely disregarded or forgotten the whole thing.
that’s just rly depressing
It just hurt so much when she said “no one ever wants to stay with me” I know there’s so much more to her than just big bad Jasper
