Three cheers for the Reds and Blues, who know their chain of command is fucking evil and has regularly sicced monsters on them or been responsible for monsters coming at them, or responsible for scary motherfuckers also traumatized by their COC coming at them, and basically the Reds and Blues have a blanket understanding that if something shitty is happening, someone higher up is probably to blame.
