ugh so i used to be so sure i wanted to go to anu but now i’ve thought about it a bit and idk if they’ll do the sort of stuff i’m interested in?? i’m looking at melbourne uni and rmit now but idk
basically i want to do some form of visual art, i like some painting/drawing + i find sculpture/installation etc incredibly boring but my problem is i really want to learn digital painting and stuff??? and the anu does not offer that, and apparently they think about art in the way that really irritates me (like it is the idea/theme that matters, not if it looks nice. making stuff to provoke a reaction. i like art that looks nice and i want to make art like that) so now idk if i want to go to anu

rmit sounds good though?? i follow someone who goes there, and my dad went there and from them it sounds great
also they acknowledge the indigenous people who’s land they’re on on their homepage so that’s cool
