For Any Deaf Fans of RT who want to watch RvB!
Reddit user robexistsrvb2 spent 7 months working on subtitling episodes of Red vs Blue for the first 5 seasons color-coded by character, and I thought that would be a really cool thing to share with tumblr.
I had an idea years ago that it’d be nice to share Red vs Blue with people who might not be able to watch it without subtitles, since it was such an important series to me and got me through some tough times as a teenager. I figured someone else would eventually do it, but it never happened. In January, I actually had hardware capable of the task, and since subtitles still weren’t officially available (and weren’t until Netflix last month, I believe), I decided to make it a New Year’s Resolution. Now that I’m done (save for the PSAs, which were a late addition that I’m working through now), I just wanted to share. And thank Rooster Teeth for making the series to begin with.
(Also, since it comes up regularly, no, I’m not monetizing these videos. YouTube’s algorithm correctly identifies the videos as Rooster Teeth’s content, so ads are automatically placed and all revenue goes directly to them.)
