she left a ten paragraph suicide note where she talked extensively about how it was her parents’ fault for the way they dealt with her dysphoria and then a separate post where she writes to the people in her life and the line to her parents is “Mom and Dad: Fuck you. You can’t just control other people like that.” and yet her mom goes on social media and says her son was out walking and was accidentally hit by a truck
The sorrow of parents who drive their children to suicide is not valid. They are not mourning for their child, they are mourning for the child they wish they had.

There’s some serious crap happening at the moment in the spn fandom and a few people have attempted/committed suicide via ingesting poisonous substances
so please:IF YOU FIND SOMEONE WHO HAS ATTEMPTED SUICIDE BY INGESTING SOMETHING
- CALL AN AMBULANCE. THIS IS VITAL. EVEN IF THEY APPEAR WELL. CALL IT. GET THEM TO HOSPITAL. THIS SHOULD BE THE FIRST THING YOU DO. When the emergency services arrive, send whatever you can find around the person, pill packets or bottles of fluid (even if empty) with the person to hospital.
- Try to find out:
WHAT THEY TOOK
WHEN THEY TOOK IT and
HOW MUCH THEY TOOK
When the emergency services arrive RELAY THIS INFO TO THEM. Write it down quickly if you think you’ll forget- In an emergency, mixing some water with a shitload of salt will induce vomiting »BUT« if they have ingested something corrosive ie. cleaning fluid, bleach, or something that you don’t know what the heck it is, (MOST POISONS ARE IN FACT CORROSIVE) inducing vomiting can cause further damage and can promote the airways to SWELL and kill very quickly via asphyxiation.
Furthermore, they could choke on the vomit, especially if they pass out later.
It is best NOT TO INDUCE VOMITING but to wait for the emergency services who can perform a safer stomach pump or administer activated charcoal. I know you want to help but sometimes it’s better to wait. Give the salt a rest.- –CHECK FOR SIGNS OF LIFE, pulse/breathing
.IF ALIVE
-Place into recovery position.
-Wait for ambulance
.IF PERSON’S HEART HAS STOPPED
-Begin CPR. 30 compressions to 2 breaths. Continue until ambulance arrives.
-If you have an AED around, FIND IT and USE IT.- If person goes into clinical SHOCK
(symptoms: pale, clammy skin, sweating, dizziness/listlessness, thirst, weak “thready” pulse, coldness, confusion)
-Place person in SHOCK POSITION:
~BLANKETS above + beneath
~Legs elevated
