Like other people said, this person and the stump have shown up before. Originally in Jailbreak, the stump’s location (there are other pages, like showing where the elf cottage was, but eh) was alluded to in Problem Sleuth as being a part of the canonical Problem Sleuth universe, and the MSPA reader (being the new standard for “character near the stump” later in Problem Sleuth reacted badly to an update. This Flash is the third appearance of the stump in Homestuck, with the first instance “revealing” their location as the Land of Stumps and Dismay (LOSAD, as roughstar pointed out) and the second time occurring when John argued with his future/past retcon self.
Speaking of which, why do I feel like the MSPA Reader will be dead by the end of the comic? Like, what if part of the Act 7 Epilogue is the reader shooting themself in response to the sheer intensity of the ending Flash?
