ok so I loved the idea of him having a third eye on his forehead, but Kelly and I were talking about it like what… is the purpose of it?
So we got to talking and we were like okay…isn’t it odd how Cecil sometimes just… KNOWS THINGS. Like really specific things? AS THEY ARE HAPPENING? So it works like this, in the image illustrated above.
His eyes used for vision kinda go ‘offline’ or something and that third eye opens up and he has access to things that are happening as they are actually occurring. SO that’s a thing idk
